The high-speed, fully automatic jumbo roll slitting and rewinding machine uses a high-speed slitting system to process mother jumbo rolls. Single-ply raw paper can be slit and rewound into two-, three- or four-ply paper rolls in different widths for producing napkins, handkerchief tissues, facial tissues and sanitary paper products. The machine features reliable performance, a compact structure, stable operation and easy use.

A wide belt is used on the back stand to increase friction during paper feeding.
Synchronous belt transmission provides stable operation and low noise, even during high-speed production.
A newly designed fastening unit makes raw-material adjustment more convenient.
Pneumatic paper loading and vacuum edge-trim suction are included.
An automatic finished-roll discharging unit is available as an optional configuration. It helps reduce roll deformation caused by dropped rolls and reduces manual handling.
The machine is easy to operate and produces finished rolls with neat winding profiles and clean slit edges.
