The XY-OQ-7000A multi-colour napkin paper machine prints different colours and patterns on the paper material. The material is then embossed, folded, counted and cut into square or rectangular napkins.

The standard production process includes paper feeding, flexographic printing, tension control, embossing, folding, counting and cutting.

1. The machine adopts a flexible printing unit and a high-precision ceramic anilox roller, helping distribute the water-based ink evenly and produce clear, dimensional printed patterns.

2. The raw material passes through a synchronous belt to the calendering and standard embossing units. Tension-control devices are installed between paper feeding, calendering and embossing to maintain stable material tension.

3. The folding wheel is equipped with an automatic stop and protection device.

4. An automatic web-alignment system helps maintain accurate paper feeding.

5. The machine is equipped with an automatic constant-temperature drying system.

6. Paper-break protection is provided. The machine automatically reduces speed when the raw material is nearly exhausted, and the folding roller is equipped with stop protection.

7. A water-based ink circulation system provides continuous and even ink supply.

8. The fully automatic unwinding control system tracks the main machine speed through the control system and sends operating data to the servo system. The servo system then feeds the paper accurately into the printing section.

Embossing configuration note: Embossing is included in the standard production process of the XY-OQ-7000A. The embossing pattern can be confirmed according to the required finished-napkin appearance.

300 mm application note: The machine is positioned for 300 mm napkin tissue production. The exact raw-paper width, folding type and finished-product dimensions shall be confirmed according to the customer’s sample.
