This production line consists of an XY-TQ-B fully automatic toilet paper rewinding machine, a semi-automatic toilet paper band saw cutting machine, a semi-automatic plastic bag sealing machine and an XY-SD-A automatic toilet paper core machine. It is a lower-cost solution for processing jumbo rolls into finished small toilet rolls.

XY-TQ-B Automatic toilet paper rewinding machine

The automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is used for toilet roll processing. It is equipped with a core-feeding unit and can produce rolls with or without cores. The jumbo roll is processed through full embossing or edge embossing, perforation, end cutting and tail-glue spraying to form a toilet paper log. The log can then be processed by the cutting and packing machines to produce finished rolls.

The machine is controlled by PLC and operated through a touch screen. The process is automatic, easy to operate and helps reduce labour costs. The machine can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Functions and Features

1. Automatic core-feeding system and automatic log pushing after rewinding, followed by automatic rewinding of the next log.

2. Automatic edge trimming, core feeding, glue spraying and sealing are completed synchronously. A 10–18 mm tail is left for easy rewinding, reducing paper waste and production costs.

3. Uses advanced PLC programmable control technology and a human-machine interface. Data settings and parameter fault information are displayed on the touch screen.

4. Uses four high-precision spiral knives for low noise and clear perforation. A gearbox provides a wider adjustment range.

5. Three horizontal back stands with pneumatic loading systems and wide flat drive belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.

6. Point-to-point embossing rollers align the two plies properly, producing soft paper with clear patterns.

7. Jog switches make paper threading easy and safe.

This machine is used for cutting paper. Its main function is to cut rewound toilet paper logs into different standard small rolls.
