Automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is for toilet paper roll processing. Machine have core feeding unit, can do both with and without core. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. Technical Performance Characteristics

The XY-AI-500 is a high-speed automatic small bobbin paper band saw cutting machine developed according to current market requirements. It adopts PLC program control, a large true-colour human-machine interface, precise servo-controlled feeding and integrated electromechanical control. The system automatically detects each key operating action and provides clear fault prompts, helping the machine maintain a stable working condition.

1. The main motor uses an independent inverter drive.

2. The cutting diameter is adjustable from 150 to 300 mm on one machine.

3. The machine adopts an automatic blade-sharpening system. Grinding-wheel feeding can be adjusted automatically according to blade wear.

4. The grinding system is equipped with an independent dust-removal device to help maintain a clean working environment.

5. The band saw uses a hydraulic tensioning system to maintain stable blade tension.

6. The machine stops automatically and issues an alarm if the blade breaks.

7. A high-precision servo system helps ensure consistent finished-product quality.

8. The quantity of finished products can be calculated automatically according to the raw material and required finished-product length.

Automatic labeling maxi roll shrink packing machine  XY-TN-269

Application：

The automatic cutting, sealing and heat-shrink machine packs maxi roll or JRT roll paper products in shrink film. After heating, the film contracts tightly around the rolls to form a complete package.

The machine combines product labeling, film sealing and heat shrinking, helping protect finished rolls and improve packaging appearance.

It can be used as an independent packing machine or connected to compatible maxi roll or JRT roll cutting and conveying equipment.

Optional High-Speed Two-Roll Labeling Configuration

The XY-TN-269 can be configured for high-speed packaging of two JRT paper rolls in one shrink-wrapped pack.

In this optional configuration, two rolls are grouped, labeled and wrapped in shrink film before entering the heating section. The film then contracts around the two rolls to create a compact and presentable package.

The two-roll grouping format, label size, label position and film specification shall be confirmed according to the customer’s finished JRT roll sample.

Configuration note: The high-speed two-roll labeling function is an optional packaging configuration of the XY-TN-269. It does not change the main machine model or the technical parameter values listed below.
