The XY-TQ-A-G production line consists of a fully automatic rewinding machine, paper accumulator, automatic band saw cutting machine, semi-automatic packing machine and conveyor belt. From jumbo roll feeding to finished roll output, the complete line runs smoothly and stably, helping save labor costs and reduce manual workload. It is suitable for producing toilet paper and kitchen towel rolls. 

The packaging section can be upgraded with an automatic labeling and shrink packing machine according to customers' production and packaging requirements. The optional upgrade does not change the XY-TQ-A-G model of the main production line.

Automatic toilet paper rewinding machine is for toilet paper roll processing. Machine have core feeding unit, can do both with and without core. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy  to operate, lower the man cost. Function and Features:

1. Automatic core feeding system, automatic log pusher after rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.
2. Automatic edge-trimming, core feeding, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so reducing shortcut waste and save the cost.
3. Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault shows on touch screen.
4. Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have bigger range.
5. Three horizontal type back stands, pneumatic loading system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
6. Embossment Unit: adopt point to point embossing rollers, making the two layers match well, the paper is soft and has clear patterns

Technical performance characteristic：

The equipment adopts PLC-programmed control and a large true-colour human-machine interface. The precise servo system controls the feeding length, while the integrated electromechanical control system automatically monitors key operating actions. 

When an operating fault occurs, the control system displays the corresponding fault information to help the operator identify and resolve the problem promptly. 

The XY-AI-400 is suitable for cutting both toilet paper logs and kitchen towel paper logs. It can be used as an independent cutting machine or connected to the corresponding rewinding and packing equipment in a toilet paper or kitchen towel production line.

1、If a paper log cannot be cut correctly, the machine stops automatically and activates an alarm.

2、The feeding motor adopts a high-precision servo system to help maintain consistent finished-roll quality.

3、The machine automatically calculates the number of finished rolls according to the paper log length and the selected finished-roll cutting length.

4、If incorrect operating data is entered, the machine stops and displays an adjustment prompt on the interface.

5、The leading and trailing waste sections of the paper log can be sorted automatically.

6、The automatic blade-sharpening system can be adjusted according to the toilet paper or kitchen towel log being cut, helping extend blade service life.

7、The sharpening system adopts a sharp steel grinding wheel to improve blade-sharpening efficiency.
