Automatic glue lamination toilet paper machine  XY-TQ-B

The automatic glue lamination toilet paper machine is designed for small toilet paper rewinding and roll processing. The machine has a core feeding unit and can produce rolls both with and without cores. Raw material from the jumbo roll passes through full embossing or edge embossing, perforation, glue lamination, end cutting and tail glue spraying to form a paper log. It can then work with a cutting machine and packing machine to produce finished products.

The machine is controlled by PLC and operated through a touch screen. The whole process is automatic, easy to operate and helps reduce labor costs. The machine can also be custom-made according to customers' requirements.
Function and Features:

1. Automatic core feeding system and automatic log pushing after rewinding, followed by rewinding of the new log.
2. Automatic edge trimming, core feeding, glue spraying and sealing are completed synchronously. A 10–18 mm tail is left for easy rewinding, reducing paper waste and saving costs.
3. Adopts advanced PLC programmable control technology and a human-machine interface. Data settings and fault parameters are displayed on the touch screen.
4. Adopts four high-precision spiral knives, featuring low noise and clear perforation. The gearbox provides a wider adjustment range.
5. Three horizontal back stands with a pneumatic loading system and wide flat drive belts. Each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
6. Embossing and glue lamination unit: adopts point-to-point embossing rollers and a standard doctor blade glue lamination device, making the paper layers match and bond well. The finished paper is soft and has clear patterns.
7. Adopts jogging switches for paper threading, making the machine easy and safe to operate.
