Automatic transferring napkin tissue paper making machine    XY-OQ-7000

The XY-OQ-7000 multi-colour napkin paper machine prints different colours and patterns on the paper material. The material is then embossed, folded, counted and cut into square or rectangular napkins. 

For customers requiring 240 × 240 mm serviette tissues, the machine can be configured according to the corresponding paper width, folding method, printing pattern and embossing requirements. The primary machine model and existing technical parameters remain unchanged.

Main feature:

1. The machine adopts a flexible printing unit and a high-precision ceramic anilox roller, helping distribute the water-based ink evenly and produce clear, dimensional printed patterns.

2. The raw material passes through the synchronous belt to the calendering and embossing units. Tension-control devices are installed between paper feeding, calendering and embossing to maintain stable material tension.

3. The folding wheel is equipped with an automatic stop and protection device.

4. An automatic web-alignment system helps maintain accurate paper feeding.

5. Automatic constant temperature drying system.

6. Paper-break protection is provided. The machine automatically reduces speed when the raw material is nearly exhausted, and the folding roller is equipped with stop protection.

7. A water-based ink circulation system provides continuous and even ink supply.

8. The fully automatic unwinding control system tracks the main machine speed through the control system and transmits the operating data to the servo system. The servo system then feeds the paper accurately into the printing section.

9. The machine supports square and rectangular serviette tissue production. A 240 × 240 mm serviette configuration is available according to the confirmed finished-product specification.

10. Printing colours, patterns, embossing effects and folding types can be configured according to the customer’s product requirements.
